Like many I was a victim of the banking crisis with monies frozen November ’08 bringing a business down that had given me an income that most Networker’s dream of.
Below are 7 lightbulb moments that allowed me to be on schedule to creating
Six figures revenue in 2010.
#1 It dawned on me that if I didn’t set my own schedule, someone else would set it for me.The idea of a boss over my life never felt right. It felt claustrophobic. Thus I determined no matter what, that I was going to succeed in a home based business if it killed me.
#2 It dawned on me quickly that I would rather chew my face off than cold call generic leads. So I decided to create my own.
My first effort was a 4 line Newspaper Ad : “Millionaire Minds: What’s the Secret to earning $1K in less than an hour?” People called and listened to a 3 minute voice message. And guess what? People started buying my products.
#3 It also dawned on me after that to create leads on the internet. Small problem: I only knew how to do em@il. So I painfully, slowly, fearfully, figured out how to upload a website and upload a youtube video. This was tortuous for a technophobe like me. But remember I was going to succeed even if it killed me, so a little torture was okay. As soon as the website went up I started to make more money.
#4 I heard about Google AdWords. I blew through $600 in 1 week because I had no clue what I was doing. But I had a couple of ideas and they proved to put me on track for 6 figures very fast.
#5 I then heard about my current entry opportunity and found out the product was better & cheaper by far than what I was promoting AND it was only $10 to check it out. Ah ha, so I joined them. I knew it was a hot button for me and others too.
#6 I then figured out that they paid $50 a month residuals per referral.
#7 Then my biggest lightbulb moment came. “What if I showed individuals EVERYTHING I knew about marketing/What if I could leverage my knowledge out amongst a few key people and teach them how to make money, and by doing so I too would make money?” This little thought of leverage created a burning desire for me to share whatever I knew and had learned about marketing online with a select group of team mates. Shortly after that I had a bunch of people who had never made money online, start to make money. They were very happy, I was equally happy.
I share these stories because I know for a fact that there are people reading this right now that can and will be future internet marketing stars. Sometimes it takes just a little bit of assistance and spark from an experienced mentor. Here’s what a mentoring relationship with me looks like: every week we spend a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes in a one-on-one online meeting. I scrutinize your belief systems, question your thoughts about marketing, prod you to give a smarter effort, challenge you to be un-meltable in the face of fire. It’s not always pleasant. And I really won’t buy any of your BS or excuses [I mean that in a nice way].
Each week as you take new actions, we drill deeper down the rabbit hole. You will find success is significantly easier and more fun than working a dead-end-job and stressing about money.

Here's a checklist of things to watch out for when you look at home-based business ventures:
If it's MLM (multi-level marketing) or Network Marketing plan, consider who stands to profit. Typically, it is those who get in at the beginning. Those "downline" can make money, but not the kind of incomes of those at the top. I will advise you what to look for.
Does the business require you to purchase inventory
up front? Are you required to host home parties and
meetings? We require no inventory and no home parties
or hotel meetings.
Do you really want to annoy your friends and family members by asking them to buy your products, or bombarding them with constant pitches about how much money they can make by joining you and then proceeding to annoy their friends? People who have done that often find themselves unwilling (and sometimes unknowing) members of the N.A.L. Club - the No Amigos Left Club. Don't worry, with tmy business you won't have to do any of that.
Does the business you're considering require you to host meetings at hotels, where you present your product & opportunity to people who just came for the freebies? Do you have to make cold sales calls to people who really have no interest? Ra-Ra meetings can be fun but after all the hype making cold calls takes considerable courage, we think it is just asking for rejection. You won't have to do either of these with us.
Does the business you're looking at offer help getting your business started? Or will you be left to fend for yourself as soon as you send your money? The answer is No, we have shown many people how they can increase their income working fewer hours and in comfortable, relaxed conditions by following a simple proven plan. It's easy to learn, no matter what you're past experience - or lack of experience. We will show you how to succeed in this business.
